Connect Brother Printer to Wireless Network

Getting started
  1. You’re going to need the password and network name for your wireless network (this can usually be found on the back of the modem)





How to reset the WIFI connection

  1. Press the ‘menu’ button on the control panel (if you have a touchscreen select ‘Settings’or Spanner & Screwdriver icon’ then select ‘All settings’)

  2. Using the arrow keys, scroll down to ‘Network’ then press ‘OK’

  3. Using the arrow keys, scroll down to ‘Network Reset’ then press ‘OK’

  4. Press ‘1’ to say yes. Then press ’ 1’ again to confirm a reboot.

  5. The printer will now reboot

  6. Once completed the printer will ask you to ‘Setup WIFI’.

  7. Press ‘OK’ 3 times to launch the ‘Setup Wizard’.  (it may take a moment while it searches)

  8. Choose your ‘WIFI Network’(if you are prompted ‘use WPS?’ you can select NO)

  9. Enter your ‘WIFI password’

  10. Press ‘OK’ and press ’1’ to  apply settings

  11. ‘connection ok’ report will then print automatically to let you know you are now connected to WIFI.
